IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to stay at any of our accommodation offered on this website you must be in possession of a valid boarding pass for a departing flight from Dubai International Airport (DXB)!
If you are in DXB transit connecting between your inbound and outbound flights please do not pass through Dubai Immigration and Customs, and do not exit the Terminal. If you have checked luggage please ensure that it will be tagged through to your final destination since guests have no access to, and cannot retrieve their checked luggage, while staying within the DXB transit area where all our accommodation is located! Please ensure that you carry a print-out of your booking confirmation with you in case your flight’s DXB arrival is at Terminals 1 or 2 since airport security may ask for it to grant you access to Terminal 3. If you arrive and/or depart on Emirates Airline or Qantas there is no need for a printed booking confirmation.
If you are not in transit but you would like to stay with us prior to your outbound flight’s departure from DXB, please ensure that your airline’s check-in/baggage drop counters will be open at your desired early check-in time. Emirates Airline, Qantas and flydubai check-in operates on a 24x7 basis, but all other airlines tend to only open their check-in/baggage drop counters 3-4 hours prior to the flight’s departure.
For online bookings only the following minimum stays apply for all reservations with check-out after 01:00 hrs (1am) and check-in before 08:00 (8am):
- sleep ’n fly Lounge: 6 hours
- marhaba Lounge: 3 hours
In case you desire a shorter stay please adjust your check-in/out times outside the peak hours, or stay with us as a walk-in customer for a minimum of 1 hour (pod) or 2 hours (cabin) respectively - subject to availability.
