GUIDE & ASSIST

At all airports we offer optional Guide & Assist service to all our guests, both on arrival and departure and irrespective of their terminal/gates and selected stay option. You can add this optional service as part of your reservation process after deciding on the accommodation first.

Our Guide & Assist team will be meeting you at the arrival gate of your flight, or at the terminal’s bus gate respectively in case your inbound flight has a remote parking position. Irrespective which airline you will be travelling with you will be able to use our sleep ’n fly Guide & Assist service on arrival and/or departure in combination with a stay at any of our lounges.

Kindly note that we do not provide any buggy or wheelchair services. For the latter please contact the airline you will be flying with.
